This major City practice is known and respected for the quality of their work and lawyers. Due to the continued growth of their corporate team they seek to recruit a corporate lawyer with a minimum of 1 year pqe.
The leading mid-market practice advises a high-profile list of clients on a range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, both private and public.
Suitable candidates will have trained and gained experience at a firm known for their corporate work and have a strong academic background. More senior applicants will be expected to show an aptitude for business development, although you will receive regular training and support in how to maintain and develop client relationships.
