Corporate M&A 5+

Unique and exciting role at this truly global practice for a corporate lawyer at around 5 pqe +.
Experience gained at a reputable firm and strong academics are essential as are, technical, drafting and personal skills. You will work closely with other lawyers and partners in the team to grow the practice and must be able to demonstrate an ability to build and develop relationships with clients. Suitable candidates will have a good range of experience in areas of law such as structuring and reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, funds, debt listings and intra-group financing arrangements, corporate governance, commercial arrangements, share investments and/or the implementation of employee incentive arrangements.
