Junior Prosecutions Lawyer

Junior Prosecutions Lawyer required to join a London-based local authority for an initial 4 month term.

The successful candidate should be competent in a range of enforcement matters including non-routine criminal proceedings (including benefit fraud and advising clients on licensing matters). You will be taking over an existing caseload and conducting magistrate's court cases. Higher Rights of Audience experience is an advantage but not required for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation and undertake an interesting workload.
