Corporate Commercial Paralegal

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join a legal 500 firm in Bournemouth.

The role will involve supporting a busy team on a wide range of company / commercial work, which may include: company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts but including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc.), private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions; Shareholders Agreements and disputes, share capital restructuring; employee share option and other incentive schemes; business start-ups, business succession planning; education sector work including academy conversions and multi academy trusts.

You will be an experienced Paralegal who possess general corporate and commercial experience and have a keen willingness to develop further skills. You are ideally familiar with case management systems and digital dictation.

Experience in commercial property would be advantageous.
