A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Family Solicitor to join my client's Chichester office.
This role would be well suited to an experienced lawyer with
5+ years PQE looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will be responsible for a caseload of funded family work and supervising other fee-earners, so previous supervisory experience is an essential requirement.
The role will involve working within a highly skilled and reputable team, you will support the family department and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and updating precedents, developing training programmes and assisting fee earners with technical queries
There will also be the chance to take an active involvement in business development.
Applications will be accepted from ambitious solicitors who are committed to growing with the practice and promoting the family team through strong networking and marketing. You will need to be commercially aware while able to ensure that files are billed on time and strive to achieve department targets.
If you have a strong background in family work; have supervisory experience, and ideally, family panel membership then I would love to hear from you.
On offer is a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 with excellent benefits.
