Expanding US firm has an opening for a senior associate to join its growing Corporate Practice Group in London. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years' PQE in general corporate practice in the UK, with experience working on M & A transactional matters. They must have a desire and aptitude for client contact, be a team player and be able to work/thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also need a strong academic background and superior drafting skills along with entrepreneurial drive and initiative. This is an opportunity to work with energetic teams dealing with complex cross border private equity, corporate finance and commercial matters. Presently the team is small but expanding and this is an excellent time for an ambitious senior associate to join.
