The Commercial Litigation Solicitor:

It would be helpful if those applying for this position had the following:

  • UK qualified solicitor
  • 4 Years PQE minimum - as a guide only
  • Solid commercial litigation experience, but must also have experience and good working knowledge of property litigation
  • Managing own caseload effectively
  • Able to work to tight deadlines, and under pressure
  • Proven successful track record
  • Those who conduct their own advocacy will be of interest
  • Commercially minded
  • Adaptable
