My client, a top tier London firm, is currently seeking a commercial IT solicitor to join it's Tier 1 ranked team.
This commercial City firm has an outstanding reputation and holds Tier 1 rankings across several sectors. The firm offers the highest quality of work and a refreshing culture with no billings/hour targets.
There is now an opportunity for you as a commercial IT solicitor to join this firm's high ranking team. You will work on a full range of commercial IT transactions and outsourcing work.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following attributes:
- Fully qualified commercial IT solicitor (ideally 3-5 years' PQE)
- Expertise in commercial IT transactions and outsourcing gained at a similar firm
- Good academics
- Experience of public sector contracting and use of the government legal service model terms is desired, but not essential
