Immediate Start: Temporary/FTC Legal PA to Private Client Team at City based law Firm £22/23 per hou

Fast expanding London law firm is seeking to recruit a PA to work within their Private Client Team on an initial 4 month fixed term contract or an ongoing temporary basis.  The department is incredibly busy and this role will keep you on your toes on a daily basis between their standard hours of 9:30-17:30.  Duties will include extensive diary management, organising detailed travel itineraries, typing correspondence, adding client contacts and keeping these up to date as well as inviting guests to events and keeping the RSVPs up to date, handling the inception of new clients and matters together with the preparation of client engagement letters, co-ordinating the monthly billing process and dealing with client queries where appropriate.  Candidates should be bright, enthusiastic and a real team player who is able to work well within a team.  Applicants must also be hardworking, professional and confident to take on anything that is given to them plus a strong knowledge of Private Client would be hugely beneficial however not essential.
