Conveyancing Fee Earner

Our client, a long established Firm in Runcorn with offices across Lancashire and Cheshire, is searching for a talented Conveyancer to join their busy team. This North West based Firm is one of the most reputable and recognised Firms in the area with a pedigree for excellent service stretching over 100 years.

The role will involve managing a caseload of around 100 files with roughly 25 new instructions per month .

To be considered for the role candidates will;

Be an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years+ experience

Be able to demonstrate proven experience across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing

Especially in the area of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases

Have the ability and experience of using case management systems

Be able to hit the ground running and manage a full caseload from inception to completion.

The salary for this role will be based on experience level and skill set.
