Our fantastic International Law Firm client is looking for a new Senior Facilities Operation Manager to head up the London facilities team and play a lead part in the firm’s Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity department, ensuring the team is robust, effective and constantly under review.  In order to check systems and the building ahead of the team arriving to the office, the hours for this role will be either 7.30am – 4.00pm or 8.00am – 4.30pm. The main duties for this role are to manage, mentor & develop the facilities team to deliver a first class service to the firm and its clients, to act as the main stakeholder between Landlords and clients, ensuring an effective, fit for purpose building for the firm, ensure all regulatory and legal H&S standards are met and adhered to, to the highest level within the business, ensure all regulatory and legal environmental standards are met and adhered to, to the highest level within the business, manage, mentor and support three direct reports to ensure ownership and implementation of their work streams strategies, developing a continual improvement work ethic, create, develop and robustly manage the UK facilities budgets, identifying savings and service development opportunities, manage and develop supplier relationships to ensure the business receives a proactive, cost efficient and suitable service. Candidates must have previous experience in a Managerial Facilities role within a law firm environment with experience of CAD and both building and designing systems.  Candidates who have NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications are desirable, however not essential.  Stunning offices are based in the City.
