Right to Buy Paralegal

Right to Buy Paralegal is required to join a local authority based in London on an interim basis for a period of 6 months initially.

The role is an urgent requirement and requires the candidate to have previous experience of handling a right to buy caseload from initial instruction through to completion. The candidate may have experience within a private practice background, acting on the other side or preferably in a local authority.

You will be working with a supportive team and the role will allow you to develop on the commercial side. Once you are in post, the role will develop to undertaking more commercial matters alongside your right to buy caseload. The council offers flexible hours and working from home one day a week.
