Due to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-versed Employment Associate to join a reputable employment practice in the West-End. The firm represent both employers and employees in all areas of employment law.
The position will have more of a focus on managing non-contentious files, on a wide range of employments matters which will include:
- Unfair dismissal
- Breach of contract
- Redundancy
- Discrimination
- Negotiating settlement agreements
Requirements:
- 2-4 years PQE
- from a top 20 UK or international firm
- advising on the full range of employment matters
- Strong academic/professional background
- Experience representing employer clients
- Experience representing individuals (desirable)
