Residential Conveyancer - St Helens

My client is a full service law firm who now wish to appoint a Residential Conveyancer with at least 4-5 years experience.

The firm has CQS accreditation and a very busy department. The role will involve managing a caseload of residential property transactions which will include sales and purchase, freehold and leasehold, transfer of equity and mortgages from inception to conclusion.

The successful candidate must have the ability to manage own caseload and work under minimal supervision running domestic conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to post completion and should also possess good communication, organisation and IT skills. A competitive salary and bonus scheme are on offer to the right candidate.

The firm will consider Experienced Paralegal Conveyancers or those with at least 4 years experience working as a Fee Earner.
