Our client is a multi-site regional firm with a strong reputation for property work.

Due to an influx of new instructions, the firm seeks to appoint an additional solicitor with a minimum of 2 years real estate experience. However due to the structure of the team there is a degree of flexibility which means the firm would welcome applications from lawyers at NQ level upwards. Working on behalf of a range of clients including commercial landlords, developers, investors and corporate occupiers, you'll be responsible for advising on a mix of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant work of a nature which is appropriate to your level of experience.
