Residential/ Commercial Property Solicitor

Applications are invited from technically strong, qualified Solicitors/ Legal Executives or Conveyancers who hold both residential and commercial experience. You'll possess at least 5 years PQE from a leading regional practice/ high street firm.

The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload from start to finish. Candidates must have experience of running their own caseload and dealing with multifaceted and complex transactions.

You will be expected to slot into the existing property team and to develop new sources of potential income streams for the business, through networking and business development initiatives. You'll be a strong communicator and possess excellent interpersonal skills. It's also expected you can drive and hold a full, clean UK driving license as there may be a requirement to provide support, in a similar capacity at the office in Amersham.

The successful candidate will ideally hold upwards of 5 years PQE in conveyancing, gained from a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment.
