Client Relationship Manager

Client development manager role for a magic circle firm that has innovation at its heart! This is a newly created role within the team, and will look after a small number of priority accounts.  The partner group is very engaged with the client development team, and there is significant scope to be involved in some exciting, household name global clients.

Responsibilities include:

·       Setting account plans and ensuring partners follow up on objectives

·       Coming up with ideas that will facilitate proactive cross selling

·       Working with wider BD, Marketing and other support teams to ensure key client initiatives are driven home at both practice and sector levels

·       Coaching Partners and Associates in client management best practice, sharing knowledge and insights globally 

·       Leading on client listening

The ideal candidate will have a held a client relationship role in a professional services organisation, and be familiar with the partnership structure.
