With good staff retention, their office in London is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor with some expertise in Housing work to help in their busy department. They are located within easy reach of good transport.
The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Civil Litigation Solicitor for our clients’ busy department in London. This is suited to a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE and solid expertise within general Housing litigation and Legal Aid work. Undertaking a varied caseload, your duties will include: landlord and tenant matters; contract disputes; boundary disputes; breach of agreements and; possession proceedings. This is suited to a personable individual who has a keen interest in developing other areas of law mainly employment. This is a full time, permanent position.
