Housing Lawyer

We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority based in the West Midlands, who are seeking a Housing Lawyer to join their team on an initial 3 month contract.

Within this role the successful candidate should expect to work on the following matters:

• Disrepair,
• Possession claims,
• Anti-social behaviour,
• Homelessness,
• Tenancy fraud and
• Nuisance

The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, meet strict deadlines, deliver excellent client care and be available on short notice.
