An excellent opportunity has arisen in a leading law firm based in the heart of Berkshire for a solicitor on a fixed term contract in Company Commercial.

Our client has an excellent reputation with over 100 years' experience aiding clients in the local area and across the country. With a strong Company Commercial team and covering a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups, shareholder/JV agreements, Compliance and Risk management and Joint Ventures. The ideal Company Commercial candidate will be available to start the fixed term contract at the beginning of January 2018 and able to complete a long term contract.

The firm are looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor with a strong background who has handled complex and run of the mill matters. Applications are welcome from solicitors who can show they have exceptional knowledge of all aspects of company commercial law and are able to hit the ground running whilst joining in a team environment.
