Residential Development Fee Earner
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Development Fee Earner to join one of the UK's highest ranking law firms, in their Residential Development department based from the Birmingham office. Salary dependant on experience with an enviable benefits package.
With access to global resources and with a client base the team provide a range of services to Social Housing Landlords and Private Developers including shared ownership, sales and Help to Buy, The team covers a wide range of additional conveyancing matters from acquisition to sales, to meet all client requirements.
Applications are invited from experienced Solicitors, Senior Paralegals, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a proven track record of dealing with Residential Development/Plot Sales. If successful you will be advising on plot sales, site development, shared ownership schemes and right to buy sales, advising on leasehold management matters and will be involved in building and maintaining effective client relationships.
Based in Central Birmingham the role presents a great opportunity to join a large but supportive team working on high quality work within one of the UKs largest and most dynamic firms.
