In-House Counsel - Entertainment - PQE 1-4

One of the UK’s fastest growing entertainment companies, operating across the music industry, talent management, branding and TV & film, is looking for a qualified lawyer to join the team in a highly visible role, reporting directly into the Head of Legal & Strategy.

Key responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating a range of commercial and IP agreements relating to music, film, TV, talent, and sponsorship.

To be considered, you should have between NQ-4 PQE*, either within an entertainment business or leading legal practice; be commercially minded with demonstrable negotiation skills; and ideally have a solid working knowledge of music rights. IP & Commercial experience are essential, and Corporate law experience would be a significant advantage.
