Your new company
Growing organisation based in Widnes, looking for a company secretarial assistant to support on corporate governance projects, work on regulatory compliance and provide board support.
Your new role
As Company Secretarial Assistant, you will develop and gain experience in governance, risk management, compliance and board support. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be involved in drafting reports as well as devising policies and procedures. You will also be tasked with building relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally and you will be responsible for providing high quality board support.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be pro-active, have a great attitude to working under pressure and have strong attention to detail. You must be able to demonstrate strong administration skills in a professional environment, ideally within the legal or company secretarial sector. Law graduates with company secretarial experience are encouraged to apply; ideally you will also hold, or be working towards, the ICSA qualification. Other professional qualifications such as GDL, LPC or equivalent will also be considered.
