Excellent opportunity for a senior corporate lawyer with strong corporate transactional skills to join one of the largest regional energy companies, based in Hong Kong. As a vital part of the China team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on corporate commercial PRC law matters with a focus on general corporate and M&A transactions. Ideally, you are PRC qualified with over 7 years’ PQE in corporate and commercial work at top-tier Chinese/international law firms or sizable corporations. Hands-on knowledge of complex regulatory environment in China is essential. Good contract drafting skills are mandatory as well as fluent English and Mandarin. Some travel is required. REF: 14220/TTL
