Contentious Probate Solicitor
Contentious Probate Solicitor , Northampton
Well respected legal firm in the Northampton area are now looking to appoint a private client solicitor to join their existing buoyant team.
You will have upwards of 2 years PQE as a qualified solicitor or legal executive and trained and gained experience in a Legal 500 firm where you are given autonomy.
This would role suit someone with a particular interest in contentious probate matters and you will work alongside a partner specialising in this area.
You will have a solid background across private client work including challenging the validity of wills and lifetime transfers, trustees disputes , inheritance tax disputes , trust actions and court of protection disputes.
Anyone who has ACTAPS membership would be viewed as being an especially interesting candidate.
You will a business developer, commercially aware with excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitmnet to live and work in the Northampton area.
Salary to negotiation based on experience.
