Interim Legal Director

Leading global and multi- award winning organisation,  are looking for an Interim Legal Director to join their London branch for a period of 6 months.

You must be solutions orientated, self-motivated, confident with demonstrative leadership position.

The role will involve (but will not be limited to) the following:

• Delivery of legal advice to global clients and internal centres within the company
• Contributing to the shaping and delivery of global Legal risk management strategies.
• Working collaboratively with Legal Directors and delivering strategic frameworks and global legal objectives
• Working closely with Risk and Compliance to provide solutions for the company
• Ensuring the reputation and intellectual property rights of the company are protected
• Managing of legal affairs including corporate governance, corporate structure, joint venture, regulatory and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate must have experience at Board level. Previous health care and/or financial services would be advantageous.
