Are you a NQ Solicitor with a particular interest to specialise in Children Law / Family Law?
Or are you approaching the end of your Training Contract and wish to apply your skills further in Family / Children Law?

A multi-service legal firm with multiple offices are looking to appoint a NQ Solicitor to join their Chatham office in Kent.

You will be joining the firms existing Family / Childcare department, where you will be working alongside Senior Fee Earners on their caseload and managing some cases of your own. This role will involve Public Law Children work, Non Molestation Orders, Injunctions and Domestic Violence matters.

Requirements:
- NQ Solicitor / Legal Executive
- OR a Trainee Solicitor approaching the end of your training contract
- Proven seat taken in Family/Children Law
- Experience of Public Law Children, Non-Molestation Orders, Injunctions and Domestic Violence matters
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Proactive approach and be able to use own initiative
- Be a team player and willing to learn from others
