A Conveyancer is sought to join an established legal team for a large well known Developer in Exeter.
You will be either fully or part qualified as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer or with fee earning paralegal experience in property. You will be able to handle a caseload and have knowledge of the conveyancing transaction from start to finish.
Ideally you will have experience of dealing with Plots and site set up and New builds.
The property team look after 5 regions in the South and you will join two qualified lawyers and a trainee. You will be able to handle volume conveyancing work using precedents to create legal documentation and correspondence.
