A leading Technology business who specialise in IT Security are looking to strengthen their in house legal team with the addition of a Commercial Paralegal to be based in their Reading office.

Our client based in Reading are specialists in IT Security & technology.
Description
The role of the Commercial Paralegal will be to support the current solicitor in the team on a wide range of legal matters which will include:
- Contract management - negotiating a range of commercial contracts both customer & supplier facing
- General co-sec & compliance work
- Export licensing
- IP management
The role, albeit supporting a solicitor will be quite an autonomous role and it is envisioned that the incoming Commercial Paralegal will be taking full ownership of the licensing and intellectual property matters.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months commercial experience. It is essential to have commercial contracts experience but experience in any of the other areas mentioned above would be advantageous.
The role is based in Reading so ideally you will be based in or around the Reading area.
Job Offer
A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 is on offer DOE.
