In-house Property Litigation Solicitor

If you are an experienced Legal Counsel (Property Litigation) who has worked within the Telecoms industry then we would love to hear from you. This is a contract role (minimum of 6 months) offering an excellent day rate and the chance to work for a leading telecoms organisation.

The Property Lawyers in the Legal Team are responsible for supporting the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the shared and unilateral networks. The Digital Economy Act 2017 incorporated a significantly revised ECC and this revised ECC will result in substantial changes to business practices and processes.

Successful candidates will advise on the above new legislative changes, how those provisions will interplay with the Landlord & Tenant Act, will manage disputes and enforcement of rights through the Court process as well as lead on property disputes and manage external counsel.

You will be a 5-10 year PQE Solicitor with experience in property law, landlord and tenant issues (telecoms sector preferable) and have good property dispute experience. Ideally you will have knowledge of the DEA along with In-house experience. The role requires someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment and who can work to tight deadlines and who also has court-room experience.
