A global healthcare business based in Essex is seeking a paralegal to join their in-house team until 31st March 2018.
This role is an urgent requirement so we are seeking candidates who are available at short notice.
My client is looking for a confident person with excellent communication skills who has the ability work effectively with lawyers and clients.
Responsibilities include:
*Complete contract templates and draft and negotiate simple contracts with limited supervision
*Participate in negotiations with counterparties
*Review advertising material to ensure it is not misleading
*Review terms of promotions and competitions
The successful candidate will have working experience within a law firm or in-house legal department and basic knowledge of contract law. Any negotiation experience is advantageous but not essential.
