The highly respected Commercial Property team is currently looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its members in Staffordshire. There are a number of experienced Solicitors and Partners in the team, and this role has come about due to a maternity-cover requirement. However, this legal role will be permanent, as the team is very busy at the moment and it is looking to plan for the future, with the head of the team approaching retirement. 

You will manage a varied caseload of landlord and tenant work, leases, licences, sales and acquisition, regeneration, development work, option agreements, and corporate support work. The practice is particularly well known for the work it does for charities, their agricultural jobs, and compulsory purchase as a result of HS2. Many of its instructions come from repeat business or referrals from satisfied clients, as the client’s experience sits at the heart of everything it does.
