A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Paralegal to join an in house legal team based in the West Midlands.
Client Details
Our client is a property specialist and they have a nationwide presence.
Description
The role of the Construction Paralegal will primarily be to review a broad range of construction based commercial contracts and to advise the business on these contracts and negotiate on them where necessary. As well as contracts work there will also be some property litigation matters that need to be handled from time to time.
Profile
The ideal Construction Paralegal will have a minimum of 12 months experience of working within a construction team and be familiar with construction contracts. It would be advantageous to have experience on contentious matters too. The role is based in the West Midlands so ideally you will live in or around this region.
Job Offer
A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE is on offer.
