Locum Commercial Property Opportunity

Venn Group is managing recruitment on behalf of a well-established Private Practice firm based in Barnstaple. The firm currently requires a Commercial Property locum to join their friendly and outgoing property team for a month-long holiday cover placement.
The day to day duties will include:
- Handling a full caseload of Commercial Property matters including High-street commercial leases, sales and purchases and land agreements
- Dealing with cases from initial instruction to completion
- Ensuring the progression of the absent Commercial Property partner's files
The successful candidate must:
- Have strong Commercial Property experience
- Have the ability to work independently, handling a full caseload
- Be 5+ years PQE
This position will be available from the 23rd October, offering competitive rates of pay and featuring full secretarial support.
