Legal Team Assistant / Administrator
Manchester City Centre

Due to internal promotion to Paralegal, a new Legal Team Assistant/Administrator is required to join a Commercial Law Firm based in their Manchester City Centre offices. This is the perfect opportunity for a legal administrator or graduate with some legal experience to join a firm that offer progression to paralegal level and long term careers prospects.

The Firm are International and have a big focus within the areas of Commercial, Housing, Real Estate, Litigation, Projects and Media Law – so we are particularly interested in candidates that would like a career in these areas.

Typically as a Legal Team Assistant/Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Solicitors, Fee Earners & PAs
  • Overseeing the opening, closing and updating of files in the department
  • Performing checks on client files
  • Assisting with the billing process
  • Producing documents
  • Scheduling and compiling bibles and deeds
  • Carrying out online property searches
  • Maintaining document management systems
  • Administration duties


To be considered it is essential that you have previous legal administration experience, a qualification related to legal would be preferred but isn’t essential. You should have a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. Good IT skills are essential.

The Legal Team Assistant / Administrator role will be working in Manchester City Centre, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
