Well-regarded firm requires a Legal Cashier on a part time basis in the heart of Romford.
The Firm
Our client is a well-established practice offering a select range of legal services to private individuals and businesses across the area. With an excellent reputation among clients and peers they provide friendly and professional advice in a collaborative environment. A close-knit firm with a number of accreditations, they are now looking to add to their accounts team.
The Role
We are now actively seeking a talented Legal Cashier on a part time basis in Romford. Working 2-3 days per week, the successful Legal Cashier will manage a busy workload, undertaking a wide range of cashiering duties whilst ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules at all times. Duties may include: handling petty cash; posting client and office entries; billing; setting up BACS and CHAPS payments; archiving and; checking statements. A hands-on role, offering flexibility on the days worked and a parking space at the firm’s offices for the right Legal Cashier. The Candidate
You must be a Legal Cashier with solid experience gained within a similar position;
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels;
You will be highly numerate with a keen eye for detail;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have good working knowledge of the SAR’s;
You shall be seeking a part time position.
