I am currently partnered with the highest calibre US team in Asia as they look to expand their banking practice. This team is looking for a Newly Qualified US Associate with a JD from a top law school to work directly with the Asia managing Partner.
This is one of the fastest growing banking teams in Asia and will have a major focus on the acquisition and leveraged finance space. Spoken Mandarin is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- US Qualification
- Solid experience in cross border M&A, private equity as well as corporate finance
