The Role
The successful Company Commercial Lawyer will undertake a diverse caseload of company commercial matters joining a specialist team of lawyers in the commercial department. Duties may include advising on commercial contracts and policies; joint venture agreements; franchising; Intellectual Property; licensing; confidentiality and computer software agreements. The Candidate
You will: -
Be a Legal Executive or Solicitor with 3 years plus PQE;
Have gained extensive company commercial experience within a reputable practice;
Have excellent organisational skills able to work towards tight deadlines;
Be highly technical and IT proficient;
Have a desire for professional development.
