The Role
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters which may include purchases and sales; lettings on commercial premises; property portfolios; complex transactions; negotiations; corporate support; searches; acquisition and disposal; investment of property; secured lending; commercial leases; portfolio management and conveying complex development sites to completion. The Candidate
You will: -
Be a Legal Executive or Solicitor with 3 years plus PQE;
Having gained extensive Commercial Property experience within a reputable practice;
Have excellent organisational skills able to work towards tight deadlines;
Be highly technical and IT proficient;
Have a desire for professional development.
