A great opportunity has arisen to join a West End firm as a valued member of its Corporate team.
Applicants should be keen to gain experience of high quality transactions within a strong corporate team of a commercial law firm. Exposure to both capital markets and M & A transactions would be beneficial. Candidates should therefore be able to demonstrate experience of working on a broad range of corporate transactions. They should also be confident and articulate, and must possess strong technical skills.
Business development acumen and a focus on client development is of particular importance for this position.
The successful candidate is likely to be between NQ and 4 years PQE. They will need to be able to use their own initiative and work under pressure, in order to meet tight deadlines.
