Regulatory Solicitor/Barrister (1-3 PQE)

The firm is looking for a Solicitor/Barrister with circa 1-3 PQE with excellent academic achievements to join their team of specialist and highly experienced lawyers acting for individuals, organisations, corporates and regulators. They provide advice on regulatory compliance, investigations, adjudication, enforcement and defence.

The successful candidate should have experience in at ideally several of the following areas: healthcare regulation, regulation of accountants, legal services regulation, other non-health regulators such as chartered surveyors, etc.

The successful candidate will work closely with leading practitioners in providing complex strategic advice to individuals, entities and regulators. They will join the part of the team that focusses on advising regulated individuals and entities also provides policy and rule drafting advice to regulators.
