Company Secretarial Team Leader.
My client is a leading independent provider of professional services in London, offering services including audit, outsourcing, corporate finance, company and trust management.
They now are looking to appoint an ambitious and confident individual with a strong understanding of corporate, company and trust law to join the corporate department. In particular, the role would be especially suitable for an experienced Company Secretary with a strong knowledge of Isle of Man laws and regulations.
The London-based role will also include managerial responsibilities to include assisting with the training and development of junior team members and driving the department forward and identifying business opportunities.
