Litigation Legal PA at Fantastic US Law Firm to £46,000

US law firm based in stunning offices is looking to hire a new legal PA to work at Partner level within their Litigation team.  This role will require a very proactive and aware PA – someone on top of diaries on a daily and weekly basis, will be one step ahead of their fee-earners and first thing in the morning will speak to the Partners about what would they like to be done in order to assist with itinerary for that day.  This team is busy and growing so there will always be business development activities going ahead meaning you will be asked to book lunches, travel, accommodation etc.  With this firm only being small they really above all need a team player who has the attitude of no job too big or too small.  Offices are based in the City and this firm is very much work hard/play hard and they will look to invest in you and your career.  For this role the firm is looking to hire an experienced and very capable PA who can offer the very bust support to their team and knows how to look after an incredibly busy team where they will be leaned on to deliver the best possible legal service.  Candidates should have previous experience of working within a busy Litigation team, while experience of working within a Product Liability team would be advantageous.  Standard hours will be a 35 hour working week, 9:30 – 17:30.
