A well-established law firm with offices in two counties, our client specialises in providing services to commercial and individual clients. The Role
We are now tasked with seeking an experienced and talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing and CQS-accredited practice. Easily commutable from Northamptonshire and parts of Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, the successful Lawyer will handle a full and varied caseload of Residential Property transactions from instruction to post-completion. Matters will include: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; Right to Buy; remortgages and; transfers of equity. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will play an active role in business development, building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and external professionals alike.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a solid background gained within a reputable Residential Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with the ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision.
Prior experience working to CQS standards would be advantageous.
You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels.
You will be IT literate.
An aptitude for business development is desirable.
