Commercial/IP Counsel – Fun & Interactive Business – Bristol
About
McKenzie Douglas are recruiting for a highly attractive employer based in Bristol, commutable from Cheltenham, Swindon, Bath, Oxford, Reading, Newport and Cardiff.
This is a unique opportunity for a Solicitor to join their existing legal team and support the business with on Marketing, IP, Development, Licensing, Merchandising and Media related matters. You will be mainly responsible for managing their trademark portfolio, IP rights, brand protection as well as sale and IT type contracts.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Ideally NQ – 4 years PQE
- Intellectual Property experience (trademark rights)
- A good grounding in commercial law, any exposure in drafting, reviewing or/and negotiating commercial contracts would be well received
- Any Entertainment / Media sector knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
