PROPERTY SOLICITOR

Our Award Winning Legal 500 client is looking for a Property Solicitor to join their growing team due to exciting work being secured. This niche practice is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and is top tier across several areas. It works both nationally and internationally out of their picturesque, Bristol office. They employ over 500 members of staff and have a very rich history and reputation of providing a high quality service.

They believe in fee earners dealing with manageable caseloads so that the emphasis is on quality, over quantity. This is to ensure a highly motivated staff by providing a manageable work-life balance.

The candidate they are looking for can be from either Commercial or Residential Property backgrounds due to the mix of work the clients will be providing.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• Experience of Property Law
• Strong communication skills with a professional approach to work
• Confidence in working directly with clients
• An ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
• An aptitude for drafting and legal analysis
• A commercial and practical approach to negotiations
• A keenness to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels
• Excellent project management skills
