Are you passionate about the use of legal technology in knowledge management? Our client, a major international law firm, is looking for a Knowledge Management lawyer (PSL) for its Central KM team. To suit a candidate circa 1-4pqe with a mainstream transactional background including an understanding of due diligence who would enjoy a client facing role.
THE ROLE
The KM team works on central projects, processes and systems designed to enhance practice efficiency, optimise the collection, storage and dissemination of knowledge and information within and outside the firm and to promote a knowledge sharing culture. The lawyers within the team use their transactional and broader practice experience in considering how best to support the firm's multi specialist fee earners. The KM team works closely with PSLs throughout the firm and the role will include legal process improvement, document automation and other cross-departmental projects. The role provides an opportunity for an individual with relevant experience or a proven interest in knowledge management and legal technology to develop skills in this area within a well-regarded, experienced team.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with c 1-5PQE and broad experience gained at a major law firm. You will need to have good IT skills, a strong interest in legal technology and knowledge management and an enthusiasm for developing new skills.
