Leading national law firm seeking a junior Commercial Disputes Resolutions Solicitor to join their very reputable department. Based in Birmingham, this role is ideal for a 1 year PQE Solicitor with good Commercial Litigation experience, who is looking to take the next step in their career to continue their development.
The role has become available due to an internal promotion, so there is a clear path for future progression at the firm. Support is offered for ambitious and passionate Solicitors, with a very clear pathway being planned depending on where you would like your career to take you.
Working on a broad spectrum of files, you will draw upon your previous experiences to pick up a ready made caseload and immediately add value to the team. Matters are often complex and high value in nature, ranging from shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, contractual disputes etc, with clients ranging from large multi-million pound turnover companies to small owner managed businesses.
This is an excellent role for someone who is looking to excel in their career at a national law firm.
