A vacancy has arisen for an experienced paralegal to assist with a large workflow relating to the onward sales of properties repossessed.. This is a 9 to 5.30 role working in the West End and will ideally suit a graduate with experience in the property market.
This is an extremely busy role involving lots of telephone contact with clients, asset managers and purchasers’ solicitors. A case management system is used centrally within the group and full training will be given.
The ideal candidate should have specific previous experience and be familiar with case-managed conveyancing procedures, together with an ability to prioritise a substantial caseload and work calmly under pressure.
The candidate will also need the following skills :
a clear and articulate telephone manner
exceptional administrative and workflow organisational skills
an excellent attention to detail.
