We have an exceptional opportunity for a Real Estate Partner to join this thriving Chester practice, salary is dependent on the individual and a equity is a very real prospect.

Over the past few years this firm have become known for their strong commercial presence in the city. They handle complex non-contentious corporate and commercial matters for both regional clients and large listed firms further afield. Their upward trajectory has been in part to their ability to attract some of the best solicitors in the region, usually coming from national or international firms in the Manchester/Liverpool.

They are now looking to grow their real estate presence and require a technically focussed real estate lawyer. You do not need to have a following although a track record of winning and retaining business is essential. You will be looking to join a firm that offers autonomy to the leadership team and be looking to make your mark.
